Welcome to the Strumpshaw Tree Fair 2026, a family-run festival, created by families for families. Just a stone's throw from Norwich City Centre, this independent event celebrates eleven years of woodcraft, music, storytelling and traditional crafts.

Enjoy a full festival day out with live music, dance sessions, family workshops, and a strong focus on artisan crafts and traditional woodwork. From skilled woodworkers demonstrating timeless techniques to makers selling beautiful handcrafted items, the Tree Fair is a must-visit for anyone who loves craft fairs in Norfolk and heritage skills.

Our much loved Talks Tent returns, with the full programme announced on the first of March. Our theme is storytelling, with world-class tellers joining us from Ireland and Scotland, creating a gentle Celtic connection that runs throughout the weekend. Children and adults can enjoy magical stories beneath the trees, adding something truly unique to the Norfolk events calendar.

Our wide selection of food trucks serve local, real street food with something for everyone, including gluten-free, vegan, and vegetarian options. The Tree Fair Pub, run by Norfolk Brewhouse, features locally grown ingredients and a special festival ale brewed exclusively for this event.
